CANCELLATION POLICIES for Mauve Salon

To avoid cancellation fees, notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment.

At Mauve Salon LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), your privacy is a priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, https://mauvesalonandspa.com (the "Site"). 1. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. No-shows, Cancellations, or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a charge of 100% of the service booked.

Contact us via email at info@mauvesalonandspa.com or call/text 720-583-6982 to cancel or reschedule. Our salon phone is monitored Tuesday-Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but requests outside these hours will be honored if within the timeframe.

2. cLASS CANCELLATIONS

To avoid cancellation fees, notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service booked.

For cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours without prior communication, a charge of 100% will apply.
